中药土三七治疗心脑血管疾病的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察中药土三七在心脑血管疾病中的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2012年2~12月62例心脑血管疾病患者,按照患者自愿原则分为观察组与对照组,每组31例。观察组给予中药土三七水煎剂,对照组采用舒血宁注射液治疗,7d为1个疗程,3个疗程后分析两组疗效。结果:观察组与对照组有效率分别为93.55%(29/31)、77.42%(24/31),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛、脑梗死的发生及再入院率均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:土三七具有保护血管、化瘀止血、防止血栓形成等作用,治疗心脑血管疾病临床上较安全、有效,是有效治疗心脑血管疾病的中草药。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Gynurajaponica in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Methods:62 cases of cardiovascular disease in our hospital from February 2012 to December 2012 were chosen, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, and 31 cases in each group. The observation group was given with Gynurajaponica decoction, and the control group was taken with Shuxuening injection therapy, 7 days were as a course. The clinical effect after 3 courses of two groups was analyzed. Results: The effective rates in the observation group and the control group were respectively 93.55%(29/31), 77.42% (24/31), the difference was significant (P<0.05). The angina pectoris, cerebral infarction and readmission rates in the observation group were significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion:Gynurajaponica can protect blood vessels, stasis to stop bleeding, prevent thrombosis, and it is safe and effective in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, it is an effective treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and it is an effective Chinese herbal medicine.
