参柏舒阴洗液与延华乳酸菌联合应用治疗细菌性阴道病

摘    要:目的:观察参柏舒阴洗液与延华乳酸菌联合应用治疗细菌性阴道病的效果。方法:研究对象选取本院2012年8月~2013年7月收治的106例细菌性阴道病患者,随机分组。对照组患者接受参柏舒阴洗液冲洗治疗,实验组患者辅以与延华乳酸菌联合治疗。连续用药7d,并随访1年,对比分析两组患者用药后的临床疗效和复发率。结果:经过治疗实验组总有效率明显高于对照组,经卡方检验分析发现差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访期间实验组复发率明显低于对照组,经卡方检验分析发现差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用参柏舒阴洗液与延华乳酸菌联合应用治疗细菌性阴道病,总有效率高、复发率低,具有良好的近远期疗效。

BaiShu Yin lotion and delay China joint application of lactic acid bacteria in the treatment of bacterial vaginal disease
Abstract:Objective:To analysis and BaiShu Yin lotion with delay China joint application of lactic acid bacteria treatment effect for the treatment of bacterial vaginal disease. Methods: The research object in our hospital between August 2012 and July 2012 treated 106 cases of bacterial vaginal disease, random grouping method. The control group patients received BaiShu Yin lotion flush treatment, the experimental group patients by lactic acid bacteria and delay China combination therapy. Continuous administration 7 d, and followed up for 1 year, compared two groups of patients with the clinical efficacy of the medicine and the differences of recurrence rate. Results:The total effective rate after treatment of the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group, after chi-square analysis found that the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Experimental group during the follow-up period recurrence rates significantly lower than the control group, were found by chi-square analysis was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Using BaiShu Yin lotion and delay China joint application of lactic acid bacteria in the treatment of bacterial vaginal disease, total effective rate is high, the recurrence rate is low, has the good JinYuanQi curative effect.
