糖尿病合并肺结核治疗前后心钠素、内皮素-1和T淋巴细胞亚群含量的比较

目的：测定糖尿病（DM）合并肺结核（LTB）患者治疗前后心钠素（ANF）、内皮素－1（ET－1）和T淋巴细胞亚群含量变化，进而比较不同药物的治疗效果。方法：用放射免疫法及T淋巴细胞亚群法，对25例正常对照组及100例DM患者，分别测定血浆ET－1，ANF和T淋巴细胞亚群水平，结果：合并LTB患者血浆ET－1和ANF水平均高于正常对照组，伴微血管并发症（MVC）者较不伴MVC者增高；胸腺肽治疗后ANF，ET－1含量下降较常规组明显（P＜0．05）；治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^ ，CD4^ 含量较治疗前明显上升（P＜0．05）；胸腺肽组疗效好于常规组（P＜0．05）。结论：胸腺肽治疗糖尿病合并肺患者效果较好。

Comparative study of content of plasma atrialnatrinretic factor, endothelin-1 and T-lymphocyte subsete infiltration degree in the diabetes mellitus with lung tuberculosis complication

AIM: To investigate the content of changes in plasma atrialnatrinretic factor (ANF), endothelin-1 (ET-1) and T-lymphocyte subsete infiltration degree in the diabetes mellitus (DM) with lung tuberculosis (LTB) complication, further more to reflect the effect of using different way. METHODS: The plasma levels of ET-1 and ANF were measured by radioimmunoassay and T-lymphocyte subsete in 67 patients with DM of LTB complication and 25 normal controls. RESULTS: The plasma levels of ET-1 and ANF significantly increased in insulin-dependence diabetes mellitus (IDDM) compared with those in the normal controls (P<0.01); and the levels were also markedly higher in diabetics with microvascular complications than in those without complications (P<0.01); The content of ET-1, ANF after treatment were obviously lower than that before treatment; The content of T-lymphocyte subsete of CD 3, CD 4 were higher than that before treatment; The effect on the patients when using thymosin peptide was better than the routine. CONCLUSION: The therapeutic of thymosin peptide could got the better therapeutic effects on IDDM with LTB complication.
