摘    要:目的探讨子宫腺肌病(AM)经阴道超声(TVUS)及经腹部超声(TAS)检查的声像图特点以及两种检查方法对AM的诊断价值。方法对2011年2月至2012年4月来潍坊市妇幼保健院就诊并经临床疑诊为AM的125例患者先后进行TVUS及TAS检查,并将两者检测结果进行比较,同时与病理结果对比分析,探讨两种检查方法诊断AM的优缺点。结果 TVUS检查对AM诊断的灵敏度、准确度及阴性预测值(97.0%、93.3%、71.4%)均显著高于TAS检查(70.1%、68.0%、16.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TVUS检查诊断AM较TAS检查具有更高的准确性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the sonographic features of uterine adenomyosis (AM) examined by transvagiual ultrasound(TVUS) and transabdominal ultrasound (TAS), and compare the diagnostic values of the two examination methods. Methods A total of 125 cases of suspected AM patients admitted in Department of Ultrasound,Weifang Hospital of Women and Children's Health Care from Feb. 2011 to Apr. 2012 were successively given TAS and TVUS examinations, and the results of the two examinations were compared with each other and also compared with pathological results. The advantages and disadvantages of the two examination methods in the diagnosis of AM were evaluated. Results TVUS has higher diagnostic sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value (97.0% ,93.3% ,71.4% )than those of TAS (70.1% ,68.0%, 16.7 % ) in the diagnosis of AM, the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Compared with TAS, TVUS has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of AM.
