安徽省直机关干部及知识分子中高血压病和知识行为的调查

目的探讨机关干部高血压人群健康教育的针对性。方法采用无记名自填问卷调查,调查内容包括:个人一般情况;血压及知晓血压值情况;有关危险因素;服药及血压控制情况及对健康教育的态度。结果高血压患病率达到68.85%,并随年龄增长而发病率增高;高血压患者中伴有糖尿病、冠心病、高血脂、高尿酸等一种或多种异常的占高血压患者数的44.44%;及时服药率达到了88.88%,血压的控制率达到了60.42%;有42.68%的人对高血压终身治疗存在着不正确或者是模糊的认识,对收缩压增高的危害性认识不足,药物治疗标准掌握的不够,少数人对健康教育的作用存有疑问等。结论对机关干部进行高血压调查和健康教育讲座很有必要。

Surrey on the hypertenive state and its knowledge among cadres of Anhui provincial auxiliary instuation

Objective To probe into the pertinence of health education among the cadres with hypertension in the provincial units.Methods Carry out a non-registered questionnaire survey of hypertension and knowledge & behavior to give health lectures to people in the provincial units.This investigation includes:personal information,blood pressure check out and knowledge rate of hypertension;relative dangerous factors;dosing and blood pressure control and attitudes towards health education.Results 68.85% of people suffered from hypertension,and the incidence of hypertension increased with ages;44.44% of the hypertension sufferers also under went one or more concomitant diseases such as diabetes,coronary heart disease,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia,hyperurilemia etc.88.88% of the hypertensive patients dosed timely,the percentage of blood pressure control was 60.42%;42.68% of people had incorrect or indistinct understanding of hypertension lifelong therapy,they were lack of the sufficient knowledge of the danger of sgstolic pressure increase and the standard of medication;a few still questioned about the functions of health education.Conclusion It is very necessary to carry out hypertension surrey and health education in cadres of Anhui provincial auxiliary institutiou to enhance their understanding about hypertension.
