藏药复方对犬实验性心肌缺血时心肌收缩力学性能的影响

摘    要:本研究选用健康杂种犬35只,随机分为正常组(n=5),缺血对照组(n=15),藏药复方药物组(n=15)。在左冠状动脉前降支第2—3分支间结扎冠脉.造成心肌缺血模型,观察药物对心肌收缩力学指标的影响。结果表明,心肌缺血后,对照组DT、Lvsp,dp/dtmax降低,t-dp/dtmax延长,与缺血前及正常组比较均有显著性差异(均P<0.01).提示左室心肌收缩力学性能受到了较严重损害;药物组十二指肠给药后,可使心肌缺血过程中心肌收缩力学性能增强,与对照组比较,除Lvsp外,其余指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05),表明藏药复方具有保护缺血心脏功能的作用。

Abstract:The investigation selected 35 healthy crossbred dogs and divided them into normal group(n=5), ischemia group(n=15) and medicine group(n=15) at random. The models of cardiac muscle ischemia were produced by tieing up the coronary arteries between the 2 and 3 brands of anterior descending brands of the left coronary arteries. Observed the effect of the tibetan composite medicine on the cardiac muscle contractibility. The result showed that after the cardiac muscle ischemia had been made, DT; LVSP; dp/dt max of ischemia group were decreased and t-dp/dtmax was prolonged and prominent distinction was showed comparing with the normal group(P<0.01). This indicated that the contractibility of the left ventricle cardiac muscle was injured after the cardiac muscle ischemia had deen made. After taking medicine, the effect of the cardiac muscle contractibility from acute ischemia was alleviated and compared with the ischemia group, all the indications about this showed prominent distinction except LVSP(P<0.05). It was confirmed the medicine had a protective function for the ischemic heart.
