| 摘 要： | 目的 了解重庆市肺结核患者就医选择的现状,探讨影响重庆市肺结核患者就医选择的因素,为肺结核病的防治决策提供参考.方法 采用定性研究的方法对结核病防治领域专家、结核病防治机构管理者进行关键人物访谈;对结核病防治专业机构的医护人员、肺结核患者进行个人深入访谈.结果 经济条件差、结核病知识知晓率低、就诊机构的医疗水平有限、到就诊机构交通不便等是影响重庆市肺结核患者就医选择的主要因素.结论 需要扩大医疗保险的覆盖率,加大对结核病防治医生的专业培训力度,还要针对重点人群,加强对结核病基本知识的宣传,从而提高结核病患者的就诊率.
