老年急性肠梗阻64例临床诊治分析

目的:探讨老年急性肠梗阻64例的临床诊治分析。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,对64例老年急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:64例患者的手术过程均较顺利,无手术死亡病例,但围手术期死亡2例,死因为术后出现腹腔感染。平均手术时间(207.5±20.2)min,平均出血量(175.4±22.7)ml,术后禁食3～8d,术后感染18例(28.1%)。结论:老年性肠梗阻在其病因、临床表现上有其特殊性,且合并症、并发症多、预后差,应引起临床医生的重视。

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of 64 cases with gerontism acute bowel obstruction in old people

Objective To approach the clinical curative effect of 64 cases with gerontism acute bowel obstruction.Method The clinical data of 64 cases with gerontism acute bowel obstruction were retrospectively analyzed.Results The operation of 64 cases were successful, with no death,but 2 cases were dead in perioperation stage,and the causes were abdominal cavity infection.The average operation time was（207.5 ±20.2） min,the average hemorrhage amount was（175.4 ±22.7） ml,abrosia after operation lasted 3 ～8 d,and postoperative infection in 18 cases（28.1% ）.Conclusion The causes,clinical appearance of gerontism acute bowel obstruction are specific,with more complications,worse prognosis,and clinical doctors should pay attention to it.
