气虚血瘀证卵巢癌大鼠的预后及其与肿瘤新生血管形成的相关性

摘    要:目的探讨气虚血瘀证卵巢癌大鼠的预后与肿瘤新生血管形成的关系。方法以DMBA卵巢埋线法建立大鼠卵巢癌模型50只为对照组,以大黄芒硝合剂小剂量间断灌胃结合DMBA建立气虚血瘀证卵巢癌模型50只。在造模35周后剖腹,观察肿瘤形成率、腹腔转移率、腹水发生率。取卵巢癌组织,以免疫组化方法检测VEGF、MVD表达。结果气虚血瘀组卵巢癌大鼠的腹水率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肿瘤形成率及转移率也高于对照组,但无统计学差异。气虚血瘀组大鼠的VEGF、MVD表达均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),且有腹水发生及转移者的表达显著增强。结论气虚血瘀证卵巢癌大鼠较普通模型大鼠的腹水发生率增加,预后不良,可能与气虚血瘀证的形成导致缺氧,促进了大鼠的肿瘤血管生成有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the prognosis of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis ovarian cancer and its correlativity with angionesis in rats. Methods:100 Wistar female rats were divided into two groups:treatment group was established with clipping method by DMBA and given"Daihuang Mangxiao Mixture",and control group was established with clipping method by DMBA only. At the 35th week,the rate of the tumor,ascites and the rate of the metastasis were observed by surgical operations. The expressions of VEGF and MVD were detected by immunohistochemistry technique. Results:The rate of ascites of treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05). The expressions of VEGF and MVD were much higher those that in control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion:Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis ovarian cancer rat has the bad prognosis,which was related to the hypoxia induced angionesis of tumor.
