健脾补肺化痰方对哮喘气道重塑模型幼龄大鼠全血中五种微量元素的影响

摘    要:目的探讨健脾补肺化痰方对哮喘气道重塑模型幼龄大鼠全血五元素的影响。方法将180只幼龄大鼠随即分为正常组、模型组、西药组和健脾补肺化痰方组,考察大鼠血浆中Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg和Fe的含量。结果模型组大鼠全血五元素含量与正常组存在显著差异,Zn、Ca浓度低于正常组,Fe浓度高于正常组,说明哮喘的发生与低Zn、低Ca、高Fe密切相关;健脾补肺化痰方各组与模型组比较,Zn浓度明显高于模型组,Cu、Fe浓度明显低于模型组,说明健脾补肺化痰方能改善哮喘气道重塑模型幼龄大鼠的低zn、低Cu、高Fe状态。结论健脾补肺化痰方能改善哮喘气道重塑模型幼龄大鼠的低zn、低Ca、高Fe状态,从而纠正体内各元素的失调,预防哮喘发作具有十分重要意义。

Influence on Fortifyine Spleen and Tonifying Lung and Resolving Phlegm Decoction on the whole blood five elements of airway remodeling in asthma model young rats

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact on Fortifyine Spleen and Tonifying Lung and Resolving Phlegm Decoction on the whole blood five elements of airway remodeling in asthma model young rats. Methods 180 young rats were ran- domly divided into blank group, model group, western medicine group and the Fortifyine Spleen and Tonifying Lung and Resolving Phlegm Decoction group. The content of Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg and Fe in rat plasma were investigated. Resuits The whole blood five-element content of the model group compared with the blank group were significantly dif- ferences. The concentration of Zn and Ca were lower than that of the control group and the Fe concentration was high- er than that of the control group, which showed that the low concentration of Zn and Fe and the high concentration of Ca were Closely related to the occurance of asthma. The difference between the Fortifyine Spleen and Tonifying Lung and Resolving Phlegm Decoction group and the model group showed the concentration of Zn was significantly higher than that of the model group, and the concentration of Cu and Fe were significantly lower than that of the model group, which showed the Fortifyine Spleen and Tonifying Lung and Resolving Phlegm Decoction could ameliorate the state of low Zn and Ca and high Fe of the asthmatic airway remodeling model young rats. Conclusion Fortifyine Spleen and Tonifying Lung and Resolving Phlegm Decoction can improve the state of low Zn and Ca and high Fe of the asthmatic airway remodeling model young rats and has a very important significance to prevent asthma attacks.
