个性化护理干预在老年病患者中的应用效果

目的探讨个性化护理对老年病的应用效果。方法选择我院老年病患者120例（高血压、糖尿病、老年痴呆），通过对不同患者采取个性化护理干预作为治疗组，与对照组进行比较，并分析对比结果。结果个性化护理干预对老年高血压、老年糖尿病、老年痴呆患者效果显著，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论个性化护理干预对改善老年病患者的心理状态，消除其恐惧和抑郁，提高生活质量，减少并发症，延长寿命具有重要意义，值的临床推广。

Application effective of individualized nursing intervention in elderly pa- tients

Objective To analyse the individualized nursing intervention in elderly patients. Methods 120 patients with hypertension, diabetes, senile dementia patients were collected, according to the different patients took individu- alized nursing intervention as a treatment group, compared with the control group, and the results were compared. Re- suits Individualized nursing intervention had significant better effective on aged hypertension, diabetes, Alzheimer＇s patients with which was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention had great significance to improve elderly patients psychological state, eliminate the fear and depression, improve life qual- ity, reduce complications, and extend the life, which is value of the clinical promotion.
