情绪智力对大学生心理落差的影响

摘    要:目的探讨情绪智力与大学生心理落差的关系。方法采用方便取样的方法,选取河北省某地区大学生469名.采用大学生心理落差自评问卷、大学生情绪智力问卷测查。结果大学生在学习、人际关系、课外生活及活动、自我评价、恋爱方面得分分别为(3.214±0.951)、(3.296±1.068)、(3-310±0.930)、(3.265±1.085)、(3.255±0.750)分:不同家庭情况、职务、年级、父母对子女整体期望的大学生心理落差各维度及总分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);情绪智力各维度及总分与大学生心理落差均呈显著负相关(P〈0.001);情绪智力各维度及总分对大学生心理落差具有负向预测作用(R2=0.737,P〈0.001)。结论大学生存在一定程度的心理落差;家庭情况、职务、年级、父母对子女整体期望对大学生心理落差有影响;情绪智力越低,大学生心理落差越大。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and the psychological dropt of col- lege students. Methods 469 cases of college students in a region of Hebei Province were selected by convenience sampling method. The college students psychological gap self-assessment questionnaire and college students emotional intelligence questionnaire were used for investigation in this study. Results The scores of college students in learning, in terpersonal relationship, extracurricular life and activities, self-evaluation, love were (3.214±0.951), (3.296±1.068), (3.310±0.930), (3.265±1.085), (3.255±0.750) scores. There were statistically significant differences in various dimen- sion, total scores of college students psychological dropt among students with different family status, positions, grades, parents expectations (all P 〈 0.05). The dimension, total scores of emotional intelligence showed significantly negative correlation with psychological dropt of college students (P 〈 0.001). Emotional intelligence dimension and total scores had negative predictive value on the psychological dropt of college students (R2 = 0.737, P 〈 0.001). Conclusion College students have certain degrees of psychological dropt. Family status, position, grade, parents expectation have effects on the psychological dropt of college students. The psychological dropt of college students greater with the lower emotional intelligence.
