耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 了解韶关市第一人民医院患者耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA)感染状况及其对临床常用抗菌药物耐药性特点。 方法 采用常规方法分离鉴定菌种 ,用K -B法作 12种抗菌药物体外抗菌活性试验。 结果 MRSA检出比率为 5 2 5 % ,其无耐万古霉素株 ,耐药率 <2 5 %的只有呋喃西林 ,对其余 10种抗菌药物的耐药率均 >5 0 %。 结论 MRSA已成为医院患者感染的重要病原菌 ,切实加强实验室监测 ,对指导临床合理用药具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the contition of infection with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and the resistance of MRSA to 12 commonly antibiotics used in clinic. Methods The routine ways was used to identify the species of bacterium, respectively, test minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) to 12 kinds of antibiotics with K-B method. Results The rate for detection of MRSA isolates was 52.5%;Resistance to vancomycin was observed and the resistance to other antibiotic was lower than 25% except nitrofural. The resistance to other 10 autibiotics were over 50%; All the 136 MRSA isolates were multiresistant. Conclusion MRSA became one of important pathogen in nosocomial infection. It is necessary to enhance the laboratory monitoring for guiding rational use of the drugs.
