摘    要:目的:观察胚胎脊髓在缓解损伤脊髓的病理反应及其发生发展中的作用,方法:将妊娠14d大鼠胚胎脊髓植入半切洞损伤的成鼠脊髓后1、3、5、7、10、15、30、45和60d时,取材做光镜和电镜观察,结果:单纯脊髓损伤后,发生了出血水肿,变性坏死以及囊腔成胶质细胞增生和神经纤维再生,胚胎脊髓植入后,明显减轻了神经元和神经纤维的坏死变性程度,并能对损伤元实施挽救,有效抑制了病理囊腔的形成,也可填补原发损伤造

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of a transplanted embryonic spinal cord on the pathological changes of an injured spinal cord of adult rats. Methods: On the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th, 15th, 30th, 45th and 60th day after the embryonic spinal cord was transplanted into the hemisected spinal cord, specimens were obtained and observed with optical and electron microscopy. Results: After the spinal cord was hemisected and torn, such pathological changes as hemorrhage, edema, degeneration, necrosis and cavitation and such repairing processes as nerve regeneration and gliosis were observed. After the transplantation of the embryonic spinal cord, the followings were found: (1) Degeneration and necrosis of the neurons and nerve fibers were alleviated and some of the injured host neurons exhibited recovery; (2) The cavitation and the tissue defect resulting from original trauma were gradually filled up with the enlarged grafts; (3) Excessive hyperplasia of gliocytes was prevented from forming glial scar; (4) The number of regenerating fibers was prominently increased. Conclusion: The transplantation of an embryonic spinal cord can alleviate the pathological responses and promote the repair of an injured spinal cord.
