| 摘 要： | 目的探讨思密达涂擦患部治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法对我院自2005年6月～2008年6月110例复发性口腔溃疡随机分为两组,受试组55例用思密达注射液搅拌成糊状涂擦患部治疗,对照组55例用锡类散粉剂涂擦患部。结果受试组总有效率94.5%,对照组总有效率65.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论思密达搅拌成糊状涂擦患部治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效显著,值得在临床推广。

Clinical Efficacy of Smecta on Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of smecta in treatment of recurrent oral ulcers.Methods 110 cases of recurrent oral ulcers were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group with 55 cases were treated with smecta while control group with 55 cases were treated with Xilei powder.Results The experimental group had total effective rate of 94.5%,and the control group had total effective rate of 65.5%.By comparison,the two groups had a significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion:Smecta shows a significant efficacy in treatment of recurrent oral ulcers,which is worth promoting in clinical. |
