五草汤加10％大蒜浸液配合毫米波辐照治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

目的探讨五草汤加10％大蒜浸液配合毫米波辐照治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析广州市番禺区大石人民医院2006年1月～2012年1月收治入院的经确诊溃疡性结肠炎患者200例临床资料，分为治疗组（五草汤加10％大蒜浸液配合毫米波辐照治疗组，100例）和对照组（氢化可的松保留灌肠组，100例），对两组临床疗效、治疗前后患者临床症状积分、肠镜分级及药物副作用发生情况进行统计学对比分析。结果治疗组总有效率为96％；对照组总有效率为80％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=3．648，P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后各临床症状积分均低于治疗前．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：对照组治疗后腹泻、腹痛、黏液便、矢气等症状积分明显低于低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后脓血便、肠鸣、腹胀、矢气、畏寒、神疲乏力、里急后重、腰酸、纳差等临床症状积分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组治疗前肠镜像积分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组治疗后肠镜像积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组无不良反应发生，对照组有5例恶心、厌食，但能完成治疗。1例皮肤轻度瘙痒．停药后症状消失。结论五草汤加10％大蒜浸液配合毫米波辐照治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著，可在临床推广。

Clinical effect observation of Wucao Decoction plus 10% garlic infusion combined with millimeter wave radiation in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Wucao Decoction plus 10% Garlic Infusion combined with millimeter wave radiation treatment for ulcerative colitis. Methods The clinical materials of 200 patients diagnosed as ulcerative colitis and admitted to our hospital from January 2006 to January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into treatment group （100 cases, treated by Wueao Decoction plus 10% garlic infusion combined with millimeter wave radiation） and control group （100 cases, treated by Hydrocortisone Retention Enema）. The clinical effects, symptom scores before and after treatment, colonoscopy grading and untoward effects of two groups were statis- tically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were respectively 96% and 80% with statistic difference （X^2=3.648, P 〈 0.05）. As to treatment group, every kinds of clinical symptom scores after treatment were less than that before treatment with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, including scores of bloody purulent stool, borborygmus, abdominal distension, farting, chilly, fatigued without strength, rectal tenesmus, waist soreness and poor appetite. As to control group, clinical symptom scores of diarrhea, abdominal pain, mucus stool and farting after treat- ment were significantly less than those control group with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant dif- ference on cohmoscopy grading between two group before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the eolonoscopy grad- ing of treatment group was less than that control＇ group with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. There was no untoward effect in treatment group, while 5 cases of nausea and poor appetite in control group but endured whole treatment course, also 1 case of mild skin pruritus that disappeared after stopping treatment. Conclusion For ulcerative colitis, Wucao Decoction plus 10% garlic infusion combined with millimeter wave radiation treatment has a significant efficacy and is worthy of widely clinical application.
