| 摘 要： | 目的:观察思密达联合云南白药治疗新生儿上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:156例上消化道出血新生儿,随机分为两组,治疗组(84例)在对照组(72例)常规治疗基础上加用思密达及云南白药。结果:治疗组总有效率(96.4%)明显优于对照组(66.3%),χ2=26.84,P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论:思密达联合云南白药治疗新生儿上消化道出血疗效明显。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of smecta and yunnan baiyao in the treatment of neonates with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods:156 cases of neonates with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups: 72 cases in control group,84 cases in treatment group.In addition to the normal treatment, smecta and yunnan baiyao were given in treatment group. Result: The total effective rate of treatment group (96.4%) is significantly better than the control group's (66.3%), < 0.01.There is significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: Smecta and yunnan baiyao were effective in treatment of neonates with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage |
