| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨食管癌术后吻合口瘘的肠内营养支持治疗。方法：对11例食管癌术后吻合口瘘病人的肠内营养支持治疗的方法、效果进行分析。结果：11例病人10例吻合口瘘愈合，1例死亡。10例吻合口瘘愈合病人其体重、肱三头肌皮皱厚度、上臂围在肠内营养20d后显高于肠内营养前所测值。血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、氮平衡均有显改善。结论：肠内营养支持治疗食管吻合口瘘方便、有效，能降低住院费用。

| Abstract: | Objective:This paper is to study the treatment of the anastomotic fistula after esophagegastrostomy with enteral nutrition.Methods:Analysing methods and effects of enteral nutrition in 11 cases anastomotic fistula after esophagogastrostomy.Results:10 cases were cured and 1 case died.The body wieght,TSF,MAC,TP,A1b,Hb,Nitrogen balance in 10 cases was significant higher than standard before enteral nutrition.Conclusion:We concluded that enteral nutrition was convenient and efficient for the anastomotic fistula after esophagogastrostomy and the cost in hospital was decreased. |
