摘    要:用RP-HPLC测定了正常人血浆中14种氨基酸,ODS柱,梯度洗脱,柱前衍生化试剂为邻苯二甲醛和2-巯基乙醇,内标为4-氨基丁酸,使用荧光检测器(λex=330nm,λem=450nm)。线性范围为0.25~2.0mmol/L,平均回收率在(88.8±6.6)%与(115.6±4.9)%之间,日间和日内变异系数在分别在9.1%和9.5%以下。该法简便、稳定,并且分离效果好,可用于人血浆中氨基酸浓度的检测。

Abstract:The determination of the concentration of 14 kinds of amino acids in human plasma by RPHPLC was presented.ODS column, gradient elution was used, the internal standard was 4amino butyric acid. The precolumn derivatization reagents were OPA and 2mercapto ethanol. And fluorescence detector was used (ex=330 nm,em=450 nm).The average recoveries were from (88.866)% to (115.64.9)%,within and between day precision were less than 9.1% and 95%,respectively.The method was constant, sensitive, the separation of amino acids was satisfactory. It was good for determination of amino acids in human plasma.
