脊髓鼠的电针镇痛效应

摘    要:电针的镇痛作用,在横断脊髓的大鼠(脊髓鼠)身上是否还存在,以往的研究报道结果不一。本实验拟以电针对伤害性放电的影响作为电针镇痛效应的观察指标,用电生理学的研究方法进一步加以研究。

Abstract:According to the literature, there are discrepant accounts on the existence of eletro-acupunctre analgesia (EA) in the spinal transected rat (spinal rat). In this study, we use the electro-physiological method to make futher observations. The results show that,after the 30min electro-acupuncture stimulation (EA, 3mA, 0 3ms,100Hz), EA can obviously inhibite the noxious discharges. This EAA effect can last more than 20min. The results suggest that EAA effect still exists in the spinal rat and it makes a further confirmation of the importance of the spinal mechanism in EAA. Meanwhile, we also make some preliminary discussion about the mechanism of long-lasting EAA effect.
