| 摘 要： | 目的：总结护理在急性肺栓塞患者应用rt-PA溶栓疗法中的作用。方法：应用rt-PA为急性肺栓塞8例进行溶栓治疗。结果：8例溶栓均获成功。结论：急性肺栓塞早期应用rt-PA溶栓，效果优于其他溶栓药物。溶栓疗法专业性强，护士不但要熟练掌握护理基础理论及技术操作，而且要认识和掌握rt-PA溶栓的要点和操作步骤，加强对病情的监护，促进急性肺栓塞患者早日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the nursing care in the management of thrombolysis with rt-PA for pulmonary embolism.Methods:To apply rt-PA to the thrombolysis of pulmonary embolism.Results:8 cases of pulmonary were successfully treated with thrombolysis.Conclusion:Thrombolysis with rt-PA in the acute phase of pulmonary embolism has better effect than other drugs.Nursing care is critical in the thrombolytic process for the recognization and prophylactaxis of complications and to cooperate with doctors to monitor patients to get better results. |
