MS-30粗糙表面股骨柄的术后10年观察

目的报导Morscher-Spotomo（MS-30）股骨柄置换手术后10年的临床结果。方法对本组124例（121例病人）粗糙表面MS-30股骨柄进行临床、放射线学随访观察。平均的观察时问为10．2（8．3～12．1）年，其中27例（22％）携带假体死亡；9例只能通过电话随访。本组对85例88髋进行了临床和放射线随访检查。据Harris髋关节评分标准…进行评分。结果优97％（85髋），良3％（3髋）。根据X光片，6髓有股骨柄附近骨溶解，大多位于Gruen分区Ⅶ区。20髋（22．7％）有一处或多处柄周线形低密度影。22髋（25％）存在下沉2-5mm。在出现柄周线形低密度影病例中，7例（31．8％）伴有移位，13例（19．7％）无。结论MS-30粗糙表面股骨柄术后10年的临床效果极佳．值得进一步推广应用。

Ten years result of MS-30 matt-surfaced cemented stem

Objective To report the result of MS-30 matt surface stem after ten years' total hip replacement follow-up. Methods 88 MS-30 stems was observed in both clinic and radiographic examinations. The clinic evaluation was done according to the Harris Hip Scores1. Results Clinic results the overall results were excellent in 97%(85hips);moderation in 3%(3hips). According radiography,osteolysis was showed near the stems in 6 hips,which almostly lie in Gruen2zone VII; Rdiolucencnt lines were observed in one or more zones in 20 (22.7%)cases; Among these,migration was showed in 7 (31.8%) hips; Subsidence between 2mm and 5mm was observed in 22 (25%)cases. Conclusion The MS-30 mett surface stem has a satisfied results in both clinic and radiographic examinations by ten years' postoperation follow-up.It should be applied widely?
