阑尾切除术后切口长期不愈的原因分析

目的探讨阑尾切除术后切口长期不愈的原因及其防治策略。方法回顾性分析1996年6月-2006年6月我科收治的54例阑尾切除术后切口长期不愈患者的临床资料,分析其原因和防治策略。结果术后切口感染（32例）、腹壁窦道形成（6例）及肠瘘（3例）是形成切口长期不愈的主要原因;另有13例因回盲部病变误诊为阑尾炎而使切口不愈。结论要减少阑尾切除术后切口长期不愈的发生,除应注意保护切口,防止伤口感染、腹壁窦道形成及肠瘘的发生外,术前亦应防止误诊误治。

Causes of Long-term Disunion of Incision after Apprendectomy

Objective To study the causes of long-term disunion of incision after apprendectomy and its prophylactico-therapeutic strategy.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 54 cases with long-term disunion of incision after apprendectomy (from June 1996 to June 2006).We analyzed its cause and its prophylactico-therapeutic strategy.Results After apprendectomy,infection of incisions ( 32 cases),sinuses on abdominal walls( 6 cases) and intestinal fistula(3 cases ) were the main causes of long-term disunion of incisions,and misdiagnosis of ileocecalis as appendicitis (13cases)were also one of the causes of disunion of incisions.Conclusion To reduce occurrence rate of long-term disunion of incisions,misdiagnosis must be prevented besides protection of incisions,prevention of incision infection and formation of sinuses on abdominal walls and intestinal fistula.
