摘    要:目的:比较2种临床常用非贵金属-Bego钴铬合金及VB镍铬合金做内冠的金瓷三单位烤瓷桥桥体的抗压性能,为临床金瓷内冠材料的选择提供参考。方法:常规制作钴铬合金及镍铬合金内冠烤瓷桥各10组,置6mm直径钢球于桥体胎面,用万能试验机(Zwick/z100)以1mm/min的速度加压直至试样破坏,记录破坏时的载荷作t检验分析。结果:钴铬合金和镍铬合金内冠桥的平均破坏载荷值分别为2580.058N、1739.336N。结论:Bego钴铬合金内冠桥的抗压强度明显强于VB镍铬合金内冠桥的抗压强度。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the compressive strength of porcelain-fused-to-metal fixed bridge with cobalt-chromium alloy inner crown and nickel and nickel-chromium alloy inner crown.Methods:Two types of PFM fixed bridge with cobalt-chromium alloy and nickel-chromium alloy inner crown were made as normal,each group has 10 teams.The bridges were put on the dies and tested for the compressive strength in Zwick/z100 universal testing machine,a steel ball of diameter 6 mm was used to press the bridge on the occlusal surface by 1mm/min until fracture occurred.Each fracture load was recorded and the data were analyzed by two-sample t-test.Results:The average fracture load was 2580.058N and 1739.336N for cobalt-chromium alloy inner crown PFM fixed bridge and nickel-chromium alloy inner crown PFM fixed bridge respectively.Conclusion:The compressive strength of cobalt-chromium alloy inner crown PFM fixed bridge was apparently better than that of nickel-chromium alloy inner crown ones.
