| 摘 要： | 目的探索简便可行的、可以获得高纯度的雪旺细胞的培养方法。方法选用4—5d的SD大鼠将双侧坐骨神经进行结扎预变性，术后7d采用在解剖镜下剥离除去神经外膜，剪碎后采用双酶消化法和原代培养4d后G-418纯化法进行雪旺细胞培养，并对培养的细胞进行细胞计数、活力测定和免疫组织化学染色法鉴定。结果从新生鼠可获取近3．84×10^6个雪旺细胞，成活率为95．6％，免疫组织化学染色法鉴定雪旺细胞纯度达94％以上。结论建立的方法可以获得大量纯度高、活性良好的雪旺细胞，值得进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce a simple method to obtain Schwann cells from newly born SD rats massively and purely. Methods The bilateral sciatic nerves of the 4 -5day SD rats were ligated and pre -degenerated 7 days after operation. The nerve fascicle were extracted.Two enzymes were used to digest the nerve.G -418was added in the culture medium for 4 days.
