| 摘 要： | 重症急性胰腺炎有较高的病死率,营养支持是重要的治疗措施。肠内营养和肠外营养各有其优缺点。肠内营养在维护肠道屏障功能、减少细菌移位方面具有独特的作用。

| Abstract: | The death rate for severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) is increasing.The very important treatment for SAP is nutrition support.Enteral nutrition(EN) and parenteral nutrition(PN) have their own advantage and disadvantage.Nutrition support plays a key role in keeping gut barrier integrity,decreasing bacteria translocation especially EN.Traditional concept has changed.This article reviews the recent development of EN and PN in treatment for SAP. |
