湿润烧伤膏联合中药汤剂治疗急性湿疹的临床体会

目的观察湿润烧伤膏(Moist Exposed Burn Ointment,MEBO)联合中药汤剂治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法对发病原因与部位不同的20例急性湿疹患者,在创面外涂湿润烧伤膏(厚约1.0~1.5 mm,每日换药3次)的同时,口服由金银花、茯苓、连翘等16味中药煎制而成的中药汤剂,每日1剂,早晚各服1次,观察、记录皮损的变化情况。结果除1例患者因个人原因终止治疗外,其余19例患者皮损创面均愈合良好,治疗期间所有患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论湿润烧伤膏联合中药汤剂治疗急性湿疹可缓解创面疼痛及瘙痒,防治创面感染,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Experience in Treating Acute Eczema with Combination of MEBO Ointment and Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of MEBO ointment combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction for treatingacute eczema.Methods For 20patients with acute eczema of different causes and loca-tions, whiletopically smearing MEBO on the wounds （ with a thickness of about 1.0 -1.5 mm, dressing change three times a day）, a decoction made from 16 TCMincluding honeysuckle, poria cocos, fructus forsythia was orally adminis-tered （one dosage every day, taken in the morning and evening separately）.The change of the skin lesion wasobserved. Results Among the 20patients, 19 completed the treatment and healed well , one patient did not complete the treatment due to personal reason , and all patients had no obvious side reactions during the course of treatment .Conclusion MEBO ointment combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction for treating acute eczema can alleviate pain and itching , prevent and treat wound infection , worthy of clinical application and promotion .
