MEBO药纱在婴幼儿烫伤中的应用

目的回顾性总结、分析湿润烧伤膏(Moist Exposed Burn Ointment,MEBO)药纱治疗婴幼儿烫伤的临床疗效。方法 36例烫伤患儿在全身治疗的基础上局部采用MEBO药纱治疗,每日2~4次,观察、评价其疗效。结果 36例患儿创面全部愈合,愈合时间为7~26 d,平均14.6 d±3.25 d;随访6~20个月,愈合创面无瘢痕增生,关节部位无瘢痕挛缩所致的功能障碍。结论 MEBO药纱治疗婴幼儿烫伤疗效显著,可明显降低患儿疼痛,有效减少创面再损伤,方法简便,实用性强,值得临床推广应用。

Application of MEBO Gauze in Treating Infant Scalds

Objective To retrospectively summarize and analyze the curative effect of MEBO gauze in treating infant scalds. Methods While receiving systemic treatment, 36 infant patients with scalds were treated locally with MEBO gauze, 2 to 4 times per day, and the curative effect was observed and estimated. Results All wounds of the 36 infant patients were cured with the healing time of 7d-26d, averagely 14.6d±3.25d. In follow-up visits for 6-20 months, wound healed without hypertrophic scarring or joint dysfunction due to scar contracture. Conclusion MEBO gauze can markedly alleviate pains, effectively reduce further injury to the wounds in treating infant scalds It is simple, well practical and worth being promoted and applied in clinic.
