综合护理干预在抗结核药物超敏反应患者的应用与效果

目的 探讨综合护理干预在抗结核药物超敏反应患者的应用与效果。方法 将2021年1月-2022年7月在我院内一科、内六科收治的符合肺结核的诊断标准（ＷＳ２８８－２００８ ）初治患者，抗结核药的治疗方案均含HRZE,且出现抗结核药物超敏反应的患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用肺结核护理常规进行护理，观察组采用综合护理干预，比较两组护理前后患者治疗依从性、平均住院天数、SDS评分、SAS评分。结果 在护理后，观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分显著比对照组低（p<0.05)，其治疗依从性显著比对照组高（p<0.05)，其平均住院天数显著比对照组低。结论 肺结核患者出院抗结核药物超敏反应时采用综合护理干预措施效果显著，能明显降低患者焦虑、抑郁心理问题，提高患者治疗依从性，降低患者平均住院天数，具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the application and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypersensitivity reaction to anti-tuberculosis drugs..Methods Patients admitted to the first and sixth departments of our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 who met the diagnostic criteria for tuberculosis (WS288-2008) and who were treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs including HRZE and Those allergic to antituberculous drugs were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and the control group was treated by routine tuberculosis nursing. Treatment compliance, average length of stay, SDS score and SAS score were compared before and after treatment using comprehensive nursing intervention in the observation group. Results The scores of anxiety and depression after nursing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (p<0.05), the treatment compliance was significantly higher than that in the control group (p<0.05), and the average length of hospitalization was significantly lower than that in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion When patients with tuberculosis were discharged from hospital with hypersensitivity reaction to anti-tuberculosis drugs, comprehensive nursing intervention measures were effective, it could significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, improve their treatment compliance and shorten the average length of hospitalization. which has positive clinical significance.
