肺小细胞癌与神经元Hu抗体免疫学研究

摘    要:[目的]探讨肺小细胞癌导致的神经系统副肿瘤综合征的发病机理。(方法)用免疫细胞化学和免疫印迹技术测定13例肺小细胞癌件神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者血清及脑脊液中的神经元抗体——Hu抗体,并用Schuller公式计算鞘内免疫球蛋白IgG合成及Hu抗体特异活性。[结果]13例肺小细胞癌伴神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者血清及脑脊液中的Hu抗体阳性,11例中枢神经系统中有抗体合成,9例脑脊液中抗体特异活性增高。[结论]肺小细胞癌导致的神经系统副肿瘤综合征是一种自身免疫性疾病,Hu抗体在致病过程中起重要作用,而且对于肺小细胞癌的临床早期诊断有重要的临床价值。

Abstract:Purpose To explore the pathogenic mechanisms of Paraneoplastic syndromes of nervous system (PNSNS) in patients with small celllung cancer (SCLC). Methods The immunocytochemistry method and Western blot analysis were used for dstecting anti-Hu antindes in 13 Patientsof SCM associatal with PNSNS, and the intrathecal IgG and the intrathed antibody spectific activity(IT-ASA) were calcuatal with Schuller's formulas. Results The anti-Hu anhtheies were found in serum and CSF of the 13 patients. IgG synthesis in 11 pallens and a higher lT-ASA in 9 pahents were deectal. Conclusions The presece of anti-Hu antiedes do indicated that the PNSNS in patents with SCLC is an auoimmun diseaes.Anti-Hu antibody plays an important role in the pathogenic mechanism, and is of value to the earlier diagnosis for SCLC.
