闭合性尿道损伤的急症处理（附32例报告）

目的探讨闭合性尿道损伤的治疗。方法回顾分析32例本病患者的临床资料。前尿道损伤11例，球部损伤14例，后尿道损伤7例。12例尿道挫伤行留置尿道＋抗炎治疗；部分断裂12例，5例留置尿管，5例尿道会师，2例尿道吻合；完全断裂8例，尿道会师2例，尿道吻合4例，膀胱单纯造瘘2例，结论对闭合性尿道损伤，根据损伤的程度和部位选择合理的治疗方法，可取得较好效果。

The instant management of closed urethral injury

Objective To explore the instant management of closed urethral injuries. Methods Clinical data of 32 cases of colsed urethral injuries were analysed retrospectively, eleven cases were anterior urethral injuries, 14 cases bulbous urthral injury, and 7 cases posterior urehtral injuries. Indwelling catheterization and anti - inflanmmation were performed were treated by surgical operation in which 5 cases were done by urethra realignment and 2 cases were doneh urethra anastomosis . Eight case of complete rupture of urethra,2 cases were done by urethra realignment,4 cases performed urethra anastomosis and 2 cases underwent indwelling catheterization. Results The postoperative effects were satisfactory with less complications. Conclusion Rational therapies in accordance with degree and position of urethral injury may obtain a favourable effect on dosed urethral injury.
