电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊颈部结石并急性胆囊炎123例体会

目的总结胆囊颈部结石并急性胆囊炎行LC术的治疗经验。方法回顾性总结123例胆囊颈部结石并急性胆囊炎患者的临床资料，全部患者术前行B超检查确诊为胆囊颈部结石并急性感染，均行LC术治疗。结果123例患者LC操作，一例中转开腹，其余均在腔镜下完成，术中放置引流管52例，疗效良好。结论胆囊颈部结石并急性胆囊炎患者在术者腹腔镜手术技术熟练的情况下同样可以行LC治疗，术中放置引流管可以取得好的疗效。

A realizing on treating gallstones on neck being complicated by cholecy stitis by 123 cases operations with tv celioscope

Objective Summarize the experience of operations treating gallstones in neck of cholecyst being complicated by cholecystitis. Methods Summarizing the clinical materials of 123 cases with gallstones in neck of cholecyst being complicated by cholecystitis, all cases were checked up by B- ultrasonic, diagnosing all cases having gallstones in neck of cholecyst being complicated by cholecystitis before surgery , pathology checked up after surgery, all cases were treated by LC surgery. Result 123 cases were operated by LC surgery, one was changed to open his celiac in midway, the rest were all operated with TV celioscope. 52 cases were placed draught tube in their abdominal cavity , all cas- es produced a good curative effect. Conclusion The case with gallstones in of cholecyst neck being complicated by cholecystitis can be treated by LC surgery similarly under the circumstances of having skill techniques of operation, placed draught tube in their abdominal cavity , cases wii produce a good curative effect.
