| 摘 要： | 目的观察和分析影响鼻出血病人的主要不良因素,制定相应护理对策。方法采用随机分组的方法对144例鼻出血病人从血压和心理等方面进行观察比较。结果高血压和情绪紧张对鼻出血有明显的影响,是鼻出血发病过程的主要不良因素。结论卧床休息,保持情绪稳定,控制血压是减轻病人鼻出血的关键环节。

| Abstract: | Objective To study and analyze mainly negative factors of epistaxis and to make the optimum nursing methods. Methods 144 patients suffered expistaxis were diveded randomly into two groups.Each group was observed and compared from blood pressure and phychological symptom.Results The two factors has the important influence for epistaxis which were main negative factors for epistaxis.Conclusion It is key to keep the patient with epistaxis to rest in bed,calm,measure and control blood pressure.We must emphasize the nursing care and the clinical observation while the epistaxis occurred,so as to avoid any accidental events. |
