| 摘 要： | 目前乡镇卫生院的绩效评价已经成为农村卫生研究的前沿，本文结合绩效理论的有关研究论述，根据乡镇卫生院宏观功能定位，分析中心乡镇卫生院的功能，对中心乡镇卫生院绩效与功能之间的关系进行研究。
