| 摘 要： | Objective To investigate the application of 3-DCRT and normal radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery of breast cancer. Methods 9 patients after breast conservative surgery with breast cancer re-ceive 3-DCRT( Group A) and 13 patients after breast conservative surgery with breast cancer receive normal ra-diotherapy (Group B). Results Patients were followed-up for an average of 11 months, None of the patients had local relapse;in Group A ,6 patients occurred Ⅰ-level radioactive damage to skin,2 patients occurred Ⅱ -level radioactive damage to skin, None of the patients occurred Ⅰ-level radioactive pneumonia; in Group B,9 patients occurred Ⅰ-level radioactive damage to skin, 1 patient occurred Ⅱ-level radioactive damage to skin, 1 patients oc-curred Ⅰ-level radioactive pneumonia. Conclusion The recent curative effect and Cosmetic Effect of 3-DCRT and normal radiotherapy were equivalent, on the precision of fields and distribution uniformity of dosage around the breast,the Protection of lung and heart,3-DCRT was better than normal radiotherapy.
