| 摘 要： | 目的 建立如意金黄乳膏的质量标准.方法采用薄层色谱法对如意金黄乳膏进行定性鉴别,高效液相色谱法对如意金黄乳膏进行定量鉴别.结果 薄层色谱法能明显检出大黄、黄柏、姜黄、苍术、甘草, 同时对不同批号的乳膏样品进行含量测定,得大黄酚含量为：0.272 1、0.270 1、0.278 4 mg＆#183;g-1.结论该法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为如意金黄乳膏的质量控制标准.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish quality standards of Ruyijinhuang Cream. Methods We used TLC method for qualitative identifi- cation of Ruyijinhuang Crealn,and HPLC method for quantitative identification. Results The TLC method was established to identify rhubarb,licorice,arisaelna,treats,turmeric in Ruyijinhuang Cream, and the HPLC method was established to determine the content of chrysophanol in three batches of Ruyijinhuang Cream：0. 272 1,0. 270 1,0. 278 4 mg · g -1. Conclusions This quality standard of Ruyijinhuang Cream is scientific, rational, simple and controllable which can be used for quality control. |
