高龄患者小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入的临床分析

目的 分析80岁以上高龄白内障患者行小切口白内障摘除人工晶体植入的安全性和临床疗效以及如何预防其并发症的发生.方法 对该院自2009年9月-2012年12月收治的229例（231只眼）高龄白内障患者（≥80岁）的相关临床资料进行回顾性分析.观察术中、术后并发症及术后视力恢复情况以及全身疾病的影响.结果 术后1周最佳矫正视力＜0.05者7.8%,0.05~0.3者16.0%,≥0.3者76.2%.手术脱残率为76.2%,脱盲率为92.2%.术中、术后主要并发症是后囊破裂、角膜水肿、高眼压和前房积血.结论 高龄患者白内障手术前要进行综合因素评估,严格掌握手术适应证和禁忌证,选择小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术是安全有效的.

Small incision cataract extraction intraocular lens implantation in patients with clinical analysis

Objective Analysis of 80 senile cataract patients aged over the safety of small incision cataract extraction intraocular lens implantation and the clinical curative effect and how to prevent its complications. Methods in our hospital from September 2009 to December 2012 were 229 cases （231 eyes） of senile cataract patients （80） or more of relevant clinical data were retrospectively ana- lyzed. Obsetwation of intraoperative,postoperative complications and postoperative visual acuity and the influence of systemic disease. Results Postoperative 1 week best corrected vision 〈0.05 is 7.8% ,0.05 and 〈0.3 16.0% ,p o.3 is 76.2%.Surget7 to take offthe residual rate of 76.2% ,the literacy rate is 92.2%. intraoperative and postoperative complications is a major rupture of the posterior capsule,corneal edema,high intraocular pressure and anterior chamber hemorrhage. Conclusion Elderly patients with comprehensive factors evaluated before cataract surgery,surgical indications and contraindication strictly,select small incision non phacoenmlalfication cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation is safe and effective.
