大孔树脂纯化山茶甙的工艺研究

摘    要:目的]考察大孔树脂对山茶甙的纯化效果,优化其工艺条件。方法]以吸附率、吸附量和解吸率为依据,筛选最佳大孔树脂。采用正交设计,以转移率为指标,考察pH值、吸附时间、供试液浓度、树脂与供试液体积比等因素对大孔树脂吸附的影响。结果]YWD01G2为最佳吸附树脂。当pH6~7、时间8h、供试液浓度0.05g/mL、体积比1∶1.5时,大孔树脂对于山茶甙的吸附效果最佳。以50%乙醇洗脱,可以获得产品山茶甙含量为82.3%。结论]大孔树脂处理可显著提高山茶甙含量,其工艺简便可行。
