微创玻璃体手术重在微创意识

玻璃体视网膜手术在历经数十年的发展后,已步入微创时代.以25G和23G为代表的玻璃体手术器械和技术的发展,使手术切口明显缩小,达到免缝合的要求.但"微切口"手术并不等同于"微创手术","微创手术"的关键在于术者拥有较强的"微创"意识,时刻遵循"微创"的基本原则,用最小的手术创伤换取最好的手术效果.理想的微创玻璃体手术应该是在"微创意识"引领下的"微创技术"与"微创设备或器械"的完美结合.(中华眼科杂志,2011,47:481-482)

Vitreoretinal surgery has entered the era of minimally invasive surgery after decades of development. The development of equipments and technology, represented by 25G and 23G vitrectomy, makes the incision smaller and sutureless. However, the"micro-incision"surgery is not the same as"minimally invasive surgery". The key of"minimally invasive surgery"is that the surgeons should have a strong"minimally invasive"consciousness, always follow the "minimally invasive principle",produces minimal trauma to obtain the best outcome. The ideal minimally invasive vitrectomy should be the perfect combination of"minimally invasive technique"and"minimally invasive devices and equipments"under the guidance of"minimally invasive consciousness".
