| 摘 要： | 目的观察妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)和非妊娠高血压综合征(NPIH)妇女产后高血压患病率的差别。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对象为江西省的7家医疗单位有分娩生育史的女性医务人员。发放564份问卷,适合分析559份。问卷主要内容包括:妊娠期是否确诊 PIH,分娩后是否确诊过高血压,调查时父母有无高血压,是否确诊为糖尿病、冠心病、脑血管意外和肾功能损害等。对 PIH 和 NPIH 两组高血压患病率进行比较。结果研究人群 PIH 患病率为6.1%。调查时 PIH 组和 NPIH 组高血压患病率分别为32.4%和5.7%(P<0.01),前组是后组的5.7倍。PIH 组的糖尿病、冠心病、脑血管意外和肾功能损害患病率的总和也明显高于 NPIH 组,分别为17.6%和3.8%(P<0.05)。结论 PIH 患者的高血压远期患病率明显高于 NPIH 妇女。
