SWOT Analysis on the Implementation of Medical Record Term in Management Section under the Review of the New Standard

According to the current situation of the department,Medical Record Management Department of a 3A hospital adopts SWOT analysis to the standard of the relevant provisions of the Evaluation Standard for Hospitals of Grade Three(2020 Edition)issued by National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China.From the four aspects of strength,weakness,opportunity and threat,the advantages and disadvantages of the department in the grading evaluation of hospitals are found.Thus,the advantages are given full play to make up for the shortcomings caused by the disadvantages,scientific and effective measures are formulated,and full preparations for grading evaluation of hospital are made.The medical record management department of a hospital can flexibly apply SWOT analysis method to the standard of hospital grading evaluation terms,and formulate scientific and effective measures for the continuous improvement,which is conducive to meet the requirements of evaluation terms and achieve the evaluation goals of grading hospitals.
