| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of co-teaching mode in midwifery professional courses.Methods:Thirty-one students who came to our department for internship in 2018 were selected as the control group with conventional midwifery teaching;the experimental group was 35 students who came to our department in 2019 with co-teaching on the basis of conventional nursing teaching,and the students in both groups were evaluated for their operational and theoretical achievements and midwifery core competencies for teaching.Conclusion:Applying the co-teaching model to the training process of midwifery students improved the core competency,theoretical performance,and practical skills of midwifery students,and provided useful reference for the cultivation of core competency of midwifery students. |
