Practice and Countermeasure Analysis of Scientific Research Management in a Prefecture-level 3A Comprehensive Hospital

Objective:To understand the status quo of scientific research in a prefecture-level 3A comprehensive hospital,analyze the problems existing in scientific research management,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the disciplinary development of the hospital.Method:The scientific research archives of a municipal 3A comprehensive hospital were collected to analyze and discuss the scientific research management and achievements of the hospital during the 13th Five-Year Plan period from 2016 to 2020.Result:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the hospital implemented scientific research management measures,such as improving the scientific research consciousness of the whole hospital,perfecting the scientific research system,and increasing the introduction of talents and investment of funds,which brought about an overall upward trend in the establishment of scientific research projects,funding,patents and awards of various kinds of science and technology.However,there were statistically significant differences in the funding of various research projects among people with different academic degrees and professional titles(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scientific research development of prefecture-level 3A comprehensive hospital is facing challenges.So it is necessary to further promote hospital scientific research management from the aspects of policy environment,personnel training,discipline development and scientific research platform construction.
