摘    要:自发现FOXN1缺乏症以来,FOXN1在胸腺发育和皮肤生长中的作用愈来愈受重视。FOXN1是胸腺上皮和T细胞发育的主要调节因子,是维持胸腺发育、功能和稳态的基础。在皮肤中,FOXN1对角质形成细胞和毛囊细胞的分化起关键作用,但潜在的分子机制仍有待进一步阐明。

Abstract:Since report of FOXN1 deficiency,the function of FOXN1 in thymus and skin has been focused on increasingly.FOXN1 is the critical regulator for the development of thymus epithelial cells which determines the development and maturation of T cells,therefore,FOXN1 is fundamental for thymus growth,function,and homeostasis.In the skin tissue,it also plays a pivotal role in keratinocytes and hair follicle cell differentiation,however,the underlying molecular mechanisms are still not fully elucidated.
