| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨七叶皂苷钠治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢体肿胀的疗效.方法:选取胫腓骨骨折86例的临床资料进行回顾性调查,根据用药情况随机分为两组,观察组43例采用七叶皂苷钠,对照组43例采用甘露醇,分别观察各组疗效.结果:观察组显效29例,有效12例,有效率95.35%;对照组显效21例,有效11例,有效率74.42%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:七叶皂苷钠能有效治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢体肿胀.

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the curative effects of Sodium Aescinate on limb swelling resulting from fracture of tibia and fibula. Methods: The clinical data of 86 cases of fracture of tibia and fibula were studied retrospectively. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the use of drugs.
