| 摘 要： | 腹膜透析是肾替代治疗的主要手段之一,虽然腹膜透析的技术不断改进,但仍有一半以上的维持性腹膜透析患者在5年内退出治疗。主要原因是腹膜纤维化。在腹膜纤维化的发生发展中,既有损害性细胞因子的参与,保护性细胞因子的对抗。本文就细胞因子在腹膜纤维化中的作用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Peritoneal dialysis is one kind of the main renal replacement therapy.Although the technique of peritoneal dialysis improves unceasingly,more than one half of maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients abandon the therapy within 5 years.The main cause is peritoneal fibrosis.During the emergence and development of peritoneal fibrosis,there are harmful and protective cytokines.The article gives a summery on the function of cytokines in peritoneal-dialysis-related peritoneal fibrosis. |
