| 摘 要： | 瘘管是克罗恩病(CD)的主要并发症,而可选择的治疗措施有限,疗效欠佳。及时、准确诊断瘘管发生的部位、数目、复杂性以及直肠并发症的存在与否,对制定合理的治疗策略十分关键。CD瘘管治疗手段主要包括药物治疗和外科处理,目前一类新的治疗药物——生物制剂取得了一些进展,而外科治疗尚存在争议。

| Abstract: | Fistula is a major and troublesome complication of Crohn's disease, and its therapeutic option is limited. The best choice depends on its locality, number, complexity of fistula tracts, and presence of rectal complications. The treatment of fistulizing Crohn's disease includes pharmaceutical medication and surgical treatment. In currently, a novel 'biological agent' has come into use which has improved the prognosis, which surgical treatment is still controversial. |
