| 摘 要： | 肝内胆管癌（intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma，ICC）是位于二级胆管以上的肝内小胆管癌，也称外周型胆管癌（peripheral cholangiocarcinoma）。由于ICC位于肝内．临床某些方面类似肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC），迄今，国内教科书和参考书通常将其放在原发性肝癌中叙述。事实上ICC无论在病因、发病机制、病理学和生物学行为（如浸润转移方式等）、临床表现和治疗上均与HCC不同，而与肝外胆管癌相近。
