寒、热证豚鼠变应性鼻炎糖皮质激素受体活性研究

目的：研究寒、热证豚鼠变应性鼻炎糖皮质激素受体(GCR)活性。方法：以寒、热性中药灌胃造成豚鼠寒、热证证候，再以10％甲苯二异氰酸酯的橄榄油溶液点鼻造成变应性鼻炎模型，观察变应性鼻炎模型豚鼠外周血白细胞GCR的活性。结果：外周血白细胞GCR活性以寒证变应性鼻炎豚鼠最低，热证组次之，正常对照组较高。结论：外周血白细胞GCR活性在寒证变应性鼻炎呈低下状态。

Experimental Study on Glueocorticoid Receptor Activity in Allergic Rhinitis Guinea-Pigs with Cold or Heat Syndrome

Objective:To study on glucocorticoid receptor (GCR) activity of peripheral leukocytes in allergic rhinitis guinea-pigs with Cold or Heat Syndrome. Methods:The Cold Syndrome or Heat Syndrome guinea-pig model was made by using the Chinese herbs of cold or heat, and then reformed into allergic rhinitis (AR) model by using nose drops of 10% toluene di-isocyanate (TDI), the GCR activity of peripheral leukocytes in allergic rhinitis guinea-pigs with Cold or Heat Syndrome were observed. Results:The GCR activity of peripheral leukocytes in allergic rhinitis guinea-pigs showed that its lower in the Cold Syndrome and higher in the Heat Syndrome and the highest in the control. Conclusion:The GCR activity in allergic rhinitis of the Cold Syndrome is in the lower station.
