氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林在非ST段抬高型心肌梗死中的疗效分析

目的：探讨氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林在非ST段抬高型心肌梗死中的治疗效果。方法选择本院非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者96例，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组和对照组患者均给予常规治疗，对照组同时给予阿司匹林肠溶片，观察组给予阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的胸痛发作频率和发作持续时间分别与对照组治疗后的胸痛发作频率和发作持续时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林在非ST段抬高型心肌梗死中的疗效显著，值得借鉴。

Analysis of curative effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods There were 96 cases with non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction who were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group and the control group were given conventional treatment, the control group was given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets, the observation group was given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets combined clopidogrel, the therapeutic effect were observed in two groups. Results The chest pain frequency and duration in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin on non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction has significant effect, and the therapy is worthy of reference.
